Resumen
Nursing professionals are the pillars in providing humanized care to users, in considering that the physical part is treated with all the benefits provided to the user, thus being able to achieve satisfaction by meeting all their physiological needs. The present research project will be developed with the objective of determining the relationship between nursing care and the satisfaction of patients with hemodialysis therapy in the private clinic of Lima, 2021. The study has a quantitative, descriptive, and design approach. experimental and cross-sectional. The study population will be made up of a total of 90 patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in the private clinic in Lima. Data collection technique and instrument: two questionnaires will be used, directed after authorization and informed consent of the participants, one with 35 questions and the other with 21 questions, the results will be collected and processed, coded and entered into a design database in Excel. and they will be tabulated and processed under a system, using the SPSS version 22 statistical package.
Resumen
Los profesionales de enfermería son los pilares en brindar los cuidados humanizados a los usuarios, en contemplar que la parte física se trata con todos los beneficios brindados al usuario, así, poder lograr la satisfacción mediante el cumplimiento de todas sus necesidades fisiológicas. El presente trabajo proyecto de investigación se desarrollará con el objetivo determinar la relación del cuidado de enfermería con la satisfacción de los pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis en la clínica privada de Lima, 2021. El estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, y de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población del estudio estará conformada por un total de 90 pacientes que llevan terapia de hemodiálisis en la clínica privada en Lima. Técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos: se utilizará dos cuestionarios dirigido previo autorización y consentimiento informado de los participantes uno cuenta con 35 preguntas y el otro con 21 preguntas, los resultados serán recolectados y procesados, codificados e ingresados en una base de diseño en Excel y serán tabulados y procesados bajo un sistema, empleando el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 22.
