In recent times, changes have emerged in the labor field; The long work hours and the constant competition at a professional level in order to obtain and retain has put people's health at risk. The objective of the study is: “To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of life of the nursing professional in the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, 2022, the methodology; quantitative approach, correlational, non-experimental and transversal design of applied type, the sample will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, since the population is small, we will work with everyone so it will be census On the other hand, two instruments that have been previously validated will be used; For the collection of information, a time of no more than 25 minutes will be established for each study subject, the data analysis will be using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26; To test the hypothesis, the Spearman test will be used; and finally they will be presented in a table and graphs.
Resumen
En los últimos tiempos surgieron cambios en el campo laboral; las largas jornadas de trabajo y las constantes competencia a nivel profesional con la finalidad de obtener y conservar ha puesto en riesgo la salud de las persona, el estudio tiene como Objetivo: “Determinar cuál es la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y la calidad de vida del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia y desastres de una clínica privada de Lima, 2022, la metodología; de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño correlacional, no experimental y transversal de tipo aplicada, la muestra lo integraran 80 profesionales de enfermería del servicio de emergencia y desastres de una clínica privada de Lima, por ser poca la población se trabajará con todos por lo que será censal por otro lado, se utilizara dos instrumentos que han sido validados previamente; para la recolección de la información se establecerá un tiempo no mayor a 25 minutos por cada sujeto de estudio, el análisis de datos será mediante Microsoft Excel y el SPSS versión 26; para la prueba de hipótesis se utilizara la prueba de Spearman; y finalmente se presentaran en una tabla y gráficos.
