Quality of nursing care and level of satisfaction of mothers of girls and boys under 2 years of age in the growth and development clinic of the San Luis polyclinic, 2022

The quality of health care implies relating the requirements of patients who are linked to the need to obtain their satisfaction, such as in society and their own family environment. The study aims to determine the relationship that exists between the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of mothers of girls and boys under 2 years of age in the growth and development clinic of the San Luis polyclinic, 2022. This research is applied, quantitative approach, and non-experimental, descriptive correlational design. Regarding its population, it was made up of all mothers of children under 2 years of age who attend the growth and development control of the San Luis Polyclinic, with a total of 80 mothers. To measure both variables, the technique used was the survey; to measure the quality of care, a record sheet “quality of nursing care” will be used, adapted from the questionnaire developed by Rondón and Salazar (Venezuela, 2010) and adapted for the national level, by Castró and collaborators, in 2016, with 36 items and four dimensions, which has a Cronbach's alpha of 0.88. For the second variable level of satisfaction, the modified SERVQUAL questionnaire instrument, original by Mira Solves J, Buil Aina J, et al, will be used, which was modified by Álvarez in 1996, with 20 items and five dimensions with a reliability coefficient of alpha. Cronbach's score of 0.92. The collected data will be processed by creating a database matrix in Excel 10.0, to later be analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics V. 25 program.
Resumen
La calidad de atención en salud implica relacionar los requerimientos de los pacientes quienes están vinculados a la necesidad de obtener su satisfacción, como en la sociedad y su propio entorno familiar. El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de atención del cuidado enfermero y el nivel de satisfacción de las madres de niñas y niños menores de 2 años del consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo del policlínico San Luis, 2022. Esta investigación es aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, y de diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional. Con respecto a su población estuvo conformada por todas las madres de familia de niños menores de 2 años que acuden al control de crecimiento y desarrollo del Policlínico San Luis, siendo un total de 80 madres. Para la medición de ambas variables la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, para medir la calidad de atención se hará uso de una ficha de registro “calidad del cuidado de enfermería”, adaptado del cuestionario elaborado por Rondón y Salazar (Venezuela, 2010) y adaptado para el ámbito nacional, por Castró y colaboradores, en el 2016, con 36 ítems y cuatro dimensiones, la cual posee un alfa de Cronbach de 0,88. Para la segunda variable nivel de satisfacción se utilizara el instrumento cuestionario SERVQUAL modificado, original de Mira Solves J, Buil Aina J, et al , el cual fue modificado por Álvarez en 1996, con 20 ítems y cinco dimensiones con un coeficiente de confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0,92. Los datos recolectados serán procesado elaborando una matriz base de datos en Excel 10.0, para posteriormente ser analizados en el programa IBM SPSS Statistics V. 25.
